We have started our Digital Dexterity Labs activities in March 2020. For most organizations out there, it was a period of the unplanned and difficult transition to the remote working model.
The primary aim of this community is to provide guidance for a quick and easy entry into the remote working model. DDL was and will remain a place to share valuable and free expertise (Kudos to AvePoint, Euvic Group & IT-Dev!!!).
We are proud of this wide knowledge sharing and the significant implementation effort that started in March 2020 and continues to this day, when we helped over 100 of our shared customers, plus a consistent stream of dozens of customers sent to us for help by Microsoft.
That experience and their feedback made us all realize the need for a program-based approach and complete, people-centered Digital Workplace solution across communication, collaboration, business processes, with automated governance and security framework behind. These areas are closely related and often mutually dependent, so recognizing this in the early planning phases may be crucial in achieving the overall transformation goals on time, on budget, and on value.
